As an experienced creative, he have spent the last 22 years thinking, creating, producing and following campaigns/projects for international and local clients in the advertising industry. Born in Buenos Aires where he spent his younger years of career, he want to learn other ways of thinking and he moved to Europe to experience a multicultural journey of 14 years, recently moved to the United States where he spent his last 7 years. He joined VMLY&R this year with a passage through RedFuse, TBWA Chiat Day NY, Droga5 NY, Marcel Paris, Ambassade (owner), Publicis Madrid, Marcel Paris, DDB Brussels, Sterman+Viggiano and KP Mahfud. As an agency employee and past owner, leading different creative and management roles, he built a perspective on the business and the understanding of team needs: staff planning and resource recruiting, budget and team management, task prioritization, coordination across campaign development, production and improvements, customer relationship, conducting steering committee meetings, collaboration and building client relationships. Through developing international creative and managing teams (onshore and offshore), he can properly anticipate work-load and take advantage of time zone challenges with flexibility.
As an Argentinian creative, he is constantly looking to apply different cultural and social ways of thinking to strengthen creative on brands and the customer lifestyles they promote. Every country he lived in has given him a perspective on cultural angles when concepting and building creative.
