Milla McPhee is currently Chief Strategy Officer at Droga5 Australia, part of Accenture Song. She brings over 15 years experience leading brand strategy for clients in almost every category the US, Europe and Australia. She started her career as an academic in Behavioural Economics, before finding her home in the creative industry at Droga5 Sydney then New York. More recently, she headed up Brand & Creative Strategy at Amazon across their global parent, retail, Prime, employer and grocery brands. Prior to that, she led Strategy & Planning at adam&eveDDB London, winning the ‘Triple Crown of Effectiveness’ as IPA, Effies and APG agency of the year, while Cannes Agency of the Decade.
