Dominika is an academic researcher, a PhD student, and an integrated strategy director. She has worked at MullenLowe, McCann, DDB, and Publicis across Poland, Spain, and NYC, leading brand strategy for clients such as IKEA, Janssen, San Miguel, and New Balance, among others. Currently, she is a strategy director at One Horizon in NYC, leading strategies for Bel Brands, Freixenet, Nuts.com, and others. She is also completing her doctoral research on the acceptance of Generative AI in the creative industry, aiming to help professionals enhance their work effectiveness through academic insights. Additionally, she collaborates with ad agencies, consultancies, and creative communities to guide them in the implementation and optimization of Generative AI tools in the workplace.
