To achieve this, we offer basic and preliminary definitions used in this policy for better detail and understanding by the user:
User:
A natural person accessing our website.
Publisher:
For this website, it is the entity (natural or legal person) that owns the website. Also referred to as the responsible party or information society service provider.
Cookies:
Cookies and/or similar technologies (hereinafter, cookies) store and retrieve information when browsing. In general, these technologies can serve various purposes, such as recognizing users, obtaining information about their browsing habits, or personalizing how content is displayed.
Data:
User information obtained through cookies. Data can be personal when it pertains to identified or identifiable natural persons, as established in Article 4 of the GDPR.
Information Society Service:
Any service provided at the individual request of a user, for a fee or not, remotely and electronically, provided it constitutes an economic activity for the publisher whose provision leads to the use of cookies.
4. Types of Cookies
Below is a classification of cookies based on various categories. However, a single cookie may be included in more than one category:
4.1. Types of Cookies by Management Entity
Depending on the entity managing the equipment or domain from which cookies are sent and processing the data obtained, we can distinguish between:
First-party Cookies:
Those for which our entity is responsible and are generally sent to the user’s terminal from a device or domain managed by our entity and from which the requested service is provided.
Third-party Cookies:
Those for which a different entity is responsible, generally sent to the user’s terminal from a device or domain not managed by our entity but by another entity processing the data obtained through the cookies.
If cookies are served from a device or domain managed by our entity, but the information collected is managed by a third party, they are also considered third-party cookies (e.g., improving services provided or offering advertising services for other entities).
If you accept third-party cookies and later wish to revoke your consent, you must delete them from the browser options or the system offered by the third party. Below are sites you can visit for more information on third-party cookies (deactivation, possible data transfers to third countries, etc.):
If other browsers are used, we recommend consulting their cookie use and management policies.

4.2. Types of Cookies by Purpose
There are many purposes for using cookies. Depending on the purpose for which the data obtained through cookies are processed, some purposes may include:
Technical Cookies:
Technical cookies can be used without user consent. They allow the user to navigate our website and use various options or services, including managing and operating the website, enabling functions and services like controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering order items, processing orders, managing payments, controlling fraud related to service security, requesting registration or participation in an event, counting visits for software license billing, using security elements during navigation, storing content for video or audio dissemination, enabling dynamic content (e.g., text or image loading animation), or sharing content via social networks.
This category also includes cookies that manage the most efficient possible advertising spaces, considered part of the design or “layout” of the service offered to the user by the publisher, based on criteria like edited content, without collecting user information for other purposes such as personalizing that advertising content or other content.
Preference or Personalization Cookies:
These remember information so the user accesses the service with certain characteristics that can differentiate their experience from other users, such as language, number of results shown when performing a search, service appearance or content based on the type of browser through which the user accesses the service or the region from which the service is accessed, etc.
For these cookies to be exempt from user information and consent for their use, they must be limited to what is necessary for their purpose, and the information derived from the user’s selection cannot be used for other purposes (e.g., personalizing advertising content) or creating a user profile.
Analytics or Measurement Cookies:
These, managed by our entity or third parties, allow us to quantify the number of users and perform statistical measurement and analysis of user utilization of the offered service. This analyzes their navigation on our website to improve our product or service offerings.
It is unlikely that the use of these cookies poses a risk to users’ privacy.
Behavioral Advertising Cookies:
These, managed by us or third parties, allow us to analyze user browsing habits to display related advertising based on their browsing profile.
4.3. Types of Cookies by Duration
According to the time they remain activated on the terminal equipment, we can distinguish:
Session Cookies:
Designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a web page. They are usually employed to store information only relevant for the service requested by the user in a single session (e.g., a list of purchased products) and disappear at the end of the session.
Persistent Cookies:
These are where data remains stored on the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie’s controller, which can range from minutes to several years. These cookies may pose risks to user privacy. In any case, when persistent cookies are installed, their duration will be minimized to the necessary time considering the purpose of their use.
4.4. Types of Cookies Exempt from Consent
The following cookies are excluded from the scope of Article 22.2 of the LSSICE and therefore do not require user information or consent for their use:
- User input cookies
